International orders are not eligible for free shipping and are charged a base price starting at $5.00 for shipping via Parcel Post Air Mail, this includes Canada.  This method is the lowest cost and takes the longest time to deliver.  It can take anywhere from 10 days to 60 days due to customs inspections and security checks.  Since this low cost method does not offer tracking or insurance, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they leave the U.S.A. for a foreign destination.  The customs number on the package is NOT a tracking number, it is for customs inspection tracking only.  These numbers usually begin with two letters such as "LC" and end with two letters such as "US".  Please visit www.usps.com for more information on international shipments.  We put this number in our "tracking" area on your order status screen so you have a record of the shipment and you may use it to contact your customs department if the package is available for pickup or customs duty tax payment.  If you refuse the package because of duty taxes and it gets returned to us we will not refund your shipping charges and may have to charge you for the return shipping cost if we are charged by the US Postal Service.
